"Mitch's state farm office is the best, the office staff is incredible, always makes thing easy, they will go above and beyond what the others agent's normally would do.. We have been with Mitch ratzlaff office for 13yrs now, never have an issue with Mitch's office, they even went to bat for us against corporate statefarm, when a issue came up about coverage on accident with our new rig, where we had full coverage, but do to not having a endorsement gap coverage, corporate still didn't cover the accident or repairs of the rig, but Mitch & his staff fixed it so we will not have that gap issue ever again that it wont be covered next time.. Payments they work with you best they can. We get txt remaining for payment due, whice is incredible. For us, give card number and its done, email receipt and id cards. You cant go wrong with Mitch as your agent.. with his amazing staff to make all your insurance needs met.. We have enjoyed being with them for the years we have been.. 1 wish is they cover everything we need for our business some day they might take on general liability for flagging contractor.."

But Mitch and his team offer plenty of guidence, knowledge and expertise, and because of that I have a much better understanding and continue to learn new things all the time! Mitch helped me set up Auto and Life, as well as Retirement and Rental insurance, and answered all my questions during the process. They've always made me feel welcome and comfortable and are a trustworthy company if you are interested in looking into insurance needs for yourself or someone you know. It's affordable and the location is very easy to get to as well which I appreciate since I can sometimes get turned around when trying to find a specific business or location. Everyone has great communication and are personable! They have a positive attitude, and go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your experience. "I've been with Mitch Ratzlaff's State Farm office for a few years now for my Auto and Rental insurance. I would recommend his office and just State Farm in general to anyone! Recently I was a victim of Identity Theft, which left me unable to pay any of my bills, no bank account nor money and created a nightmare to deal with! Turned my life upside down. I was so unbelievably stressed about a possible non,payment at no fault to me. Trisha has reached out to me a few times just to check in and see how things were going and not once have I felt like they were going to drop me. Instead, I've felt supported. They've been absolutely amazing, very understanding, and extremely patient with me during this hard time! They've worked with me 100%! They've pushed my due date out to help give me time to get things figured out. Through all of this, I was still made to feel like I'm a valued customer. My most recent question was fairly simple however we had a situation awhile back where my son’s Subaru lost a battle with a deer. There was a snag with getting it from Eastern Oregon to Portland for evaluation. Mitch’s group jumped into action to make things right for my son even though they had nothing to do with the quagmire that cause the problem. Definitely a client for life!"
